Within the project concerning the widening of the electromagnetic pump accessories range, today we would like to introduce an item whose use is pointed at the overcoming of dosage issues due to the use of chemical additives, tending to develop gas by themselves or owing to detailed conditions of use.

The BODY PUMP WITH AUTOMATIC DEGASSING VALVE has been over a long time tested in our laboratories using Hydrogen Peroxide and Sodium Hypochlorite, alternating periods of operation to periods of rest, in order to allow the liquid to develop the gas that caused priming problems and then a wrong dosing pump operation.
After carefully setting up the product, the tests have turned out well, allowing the pump to resume to correctly work without any participation of the operator.
Moreover the optimisation of geometries and the regulation of the components have allowed to limit within 10% the loss of performance as far as the maximum flow rate is concerned. This normally happens in the automatic degassing devices.
